A single fig tree can produce up to 200 figs in a harvest season. Yet for the tree to remain fruitful, it must develop deep roots capable of sustaining it through seasons of drought.
Ministry is much the same. The most fruitful servants are not necessarily those who are most visible or active on the surface, but those who are deeply rooted in prayer, God's Word, and a consistent relationship with Christ.
Scripture: “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit...” — John 15:5
The Leadership and Mission Academy (LMA) — School of the Spirit is a transformative initiative designed to develop spiritually discerning, biblically grounded, and practically equipped leaders.
By weaving together theological depth, hands-on ministry experience, and Spirit-led mentorship, the programme is raising a generation of leaders who do not merely know about Jesus, but genuinely know Jesus and lead like Him.
The goal is not simply to impart knowledge, but to shape lives, cultivate Christlike character, awaken Kingdom purpose, and equip leaders to serve effectively wherever God sends them.
1. Pray for lasting fruit in the lives of students.
Thank God for every life that has been marked, equipped, and transformed through the School of the Spirit. Pray that the fruit produced through their training and ministry will endure and impact generations to come.
Scripture: “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain...” — John 15:16
2. Pray for deeper spiritual formation.
Ask the Lord to deepen the spiritual formation dimension of the Academy, that students will emerge not merely with increased knowledge, but with the character of Christ being formed within them.
Scripture: “My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you...” — Galatians 4:19
3. Pray for LMA facilitators and mentors.
Pray for fresh revelation, teaching grace, spiritual wisdom, and discernment for every facilitator and mentor. Ask God to help them disciple and equip each student according to their unique calling and divine assignment.
Scripture: “And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” — 2 Timothy 2:2
4. Pray for the expansion of the School of the Spirit.
Ask God to expand the reach of the Academy into new regions, nations, and language communities, raising leaders wherever LWGLM has influence and creating opportunities for Kingdom training across cultures.
Scripture: “Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations...” — Isaiah 54:2–3
5. Pray for every other arm of LMA.
Pray for the School of Life and Ministry and every other expression of LMA. Ask God to strengthen these initiatives, mature their programmes, and cause them to bear lasting fruit in the fields He has entrusted to them.
Scripture: “And he continued this by the space of two years; so that all they which dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus...” — Acts 19:9–10
Over the Leadership and Mission Academy: This is not merely a place of learning, but a place of preparation and sending.
Every life being shaped here is being equipped for a divine assignment. We declare that new doors of purpose, influence, service, and Kingdom impact will open with clarity and boldness.
The leaders raised through LMA will walk deeply with Christ, lead with wisdom, serve with humility, and bear fruit that remains for generations.
